Tiramisu flavored whipped cream, layered with cocoa powder. Quick and elegant dessert!
Ingredients:
8 oz. mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp. almond extract (or vanilla extract)
In a small bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
Add the coffee, almond extract and erythritol. Beat again.
Fold the heavy whipping cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
Layer spoonfuls of the whipped cream with dustings of cocoa powder to make a pretty presentation, or just dust some on top of a small bowlful and enjoy!
