Frequently Used Ingredients
When cooking and baking low-carb, sugar-free and grain-free, there are some common ingredients that I use. Some of them can be found at a regular grocery store and some of them I order online. I've provided links to many of these products so you can find them on Amazon or see an image of what to look for in the store. Just click on the underlined word.
BAKING:

Powdered erythritol - My favorite brand is Swerve (can be found at many grocery stores)

Brown sugar erythritol- such as Swerve (found on Amazon)

Granulated stevia- My favorite brand is Pyure (found at many grocery stores)

Finely blanched almond flour (most grocery stores have various brands)

Coconut flour (most grocery stores have this)

Xantham Gum- alternative thickener instead of using corn-starch (can be found in health food stores or Amazon)

Sweet Drops - to flavor/sweeten drinks such as coffee- there's many flavors on the market to choose from (can be found in health food stores or Amazon)

Lily's Chocolate Chips- stevia sweetened chocolate chips (can be found in some grocery stores or online)

Chia seeds- for yogurt or cottage cheese (found in most grocery stores)

Flax seeds- for yogurt or putting in baked goods (found in most grocery stores)

Two Good Yogurt- lowest carb and lowest sugar yogurt I've yet to find- and it tastes great (found in many grocery stores)

Super Coffee- yummy cold brew coffee with protein and MCT oil (healthy fats) (can be found in some grocery stores and online)
