Veggie Dip

If you want a ranch-like dip but don't want the sugar and preservatives from store- bought options (or don't want to spend a fortune on the specialty brands), here you go!


Ingredients:

*note- you can use fresh herbs in replace of the dried. Be sure to chop them finely and double the amount

  • 8 oz. sour cream

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened or at room temperature

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed

  • 1 tsp. dried chives

  • 1 tsp. dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

  • Few dashes of pepper

  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

  • Optional: 1 tsp. of Pyure sweetener (this helps bring out a more "ranchy" flavor)

  • Optional: green onions, chopped

  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Beat the sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well again.

  3. Store in fridge!
