Egg Sous Vide Cups

Copycat Starbucks recipe - but WAY better (and without the unnecessary bad ingredients). You've probably seen egg cups a million times, but have you STEAMED them before? It changes the texture completely. Baked eggs cups are great, but they have a holey/spongey like texture. Egg Sou Vide bites are smooth and savory. Give it a try- it's so worth it!

"Sous-vide, also known as low temperature long time cooking, is a method of cooking in which food is placed in a plastic pouch or a glass jar and cooked in a water bath for longer than usual cooking times at an accurately regulated temperature."
