Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Fluff

Rich and decadent! For the Reese's lovers.


Serves- about 8


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. heavy whipping cream

  • 1 block of cream cheese, room temperature or slightly softened in microwave

  • 3 Tbsp. Pyure (granulated mix of stevia and erythritol)

  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter powder (such as this)

  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (my favorite is Hershey's Special Dark)

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

  1. Beat the cream until it forms whipped cream (stiff peaks).

  2. Beat in the soft cream cheese.

  3. Beat in the Pyure (or sweetener of choice) until well incorporated and dissolved.

  4. Put in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  5. Divide among serving containers and refrigerate until serving.

  6. You could also freeze for about 30 minutes for an "ice-creamy" treat.

  7. Keeps well for several days.
