The flavors are endless! This is a healthy treat that I love for breakfast, lunch or dessert!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or scant less and more heavy whip if you like thicker pudding)
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or any flavor extract you want)
Pinch of salt
3 tsp. sweetener of choice (I use Swerve)
Optional: cocoa powder for a chocolate flavor, coconut flakes or berries for topping
Mix everything together until sweetener is dissolved.
Let sit in fridge overnight to thicken. Stir a few times in between.
