Chia Pudding

The flavors are endless! This is a healthy treat that I love for breakfast, lunch or dessert!


Serves 2


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or scant less and more heavy whip if you like thicker pudding)

  • 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or any flavor extract you want)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tsp. sweetener of choice (I use Swerve)

  • Optional: cocoa powder for a chocolate flavor, coconut flakes or berries for topping


  1. Mix everything together until sweetener is dissolved.

  2. Let sit in fridge overnight to thicken. Stir a few times in between.

  3. Enjoy!
