Ingredients:
1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. brown Swerve (or powdered erythritol)
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of sea salt
4 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate chips (like Lily's)
1 tsp. coconut oil
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk until it's browned and frothy.
Add the cream, whisk until combined.
Add the sweetener and salt. Whisk until it's dissolved and let simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Add the vanilla, stir.
Add the chopped nuts, stir until coated.
Drop by tablespoon on a parchment paper lined plate.
Freeze for 5 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Drizzle over the clusters.
Store in freezer or fridge.
