Pepperoni Pizza Chaffle Dippers

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2 tsp. coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

  • 1 cup italian blend or mozarella cheese

  • 2 tsp. cream cheese

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 10 pepperoni, diced

  1. Whisk the egg whites for 20-30 seconds to loosen them.

  2. Add coconut flour, whisk briskly again.

  3. Add pizza sauce and seasonings and baking powder. Whisk well.

  4. Stir in cheese and pepperoni.

  5. Spray mini-waffle maker (or regular size waffle maker) with non-stick spray and cook like you would normal waffles.

  6. Cut the chaffles into strips and dip into more pizza sauce!
