Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
Mix all seasoning ingredients together.
Beat egg with a fork, add olive oil. Beat again.
Brush egg and oil mixture over one side of each pork chop.
Dip that side into the seasoning mixture to fully coat.
Repeat with the other sides.
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet or frying pan until the oil is shimmering hot.
Fry each side for 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining seasoning on top while it's cooking if there's any left.
Depending on the thickness of your pork chops, you may have to cook longer until there's no more pink in the middle.
Serve right away.
