Keto Pizza Casserole

Super easy and perfect to make ahead during meal prep! I often prepare this casserole a day or two in advance and then just pop it in the oven when it's time to eat.


Ingredients:

  • 1 jar pizza sauce (no sugar added, like Rao's)

  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese

  • Any toppings you like such as:

  • Sausage

  • Pepperoni

  • Ham

  • Chopped bell peppers

  • Chopped onions

  • Chopped mushrooms

  • Etc!

  • Optional seasonings: italian, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes


  1. Combine all toppings in a casserole dish.

  2. Pour sauce on top.

  3. Cover with cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly!
