Super easy and perfect to make ahead during meal prep! I often prepare this casserole a day or two in advance and then just pop it in the oven when it's time to eat.
Ingredients:
1 jar pizza sauce (no sugar added, like Rao's)
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
Any toppings you like such as:
Sausage
Pepperoni
Ham
Chopped bell peppers
Chopped onions
Chopped mushrooms
Etc!
Optional seasonings: italian, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes
Combine all toppings in a casserole dish.
Pour sauce on top.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly!
