Keto BBQ Chili (Insta-Pot)

Of course you could make this sweet and smokey chili in a crock pot or on the stove as well.


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef (or ground turkey)

  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)

  • 1 can of tomato paste (12 oz)

  • 1 can of beef broth

  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), diced

  • 1 small white onion, chopped

  • 1 cup sugar-free bbq sauce (see below for the kind I used)

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili pepper (less if you don't like a hint of heat or more if you like spicy)

  • 1 tsp. smoked seasoning salt (see below for the kind I used)

  • 3 tsp. bbq seasoning (see below for the kind I used)

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder

  • Optional: roasted poblano pepper, diced or a de-seeded and minced jalapeno


  1. Combine all ingredients in the Insta-Pot.

  2. Set on high for 15 minutes.

  3. Top with your choice of shredded cheese, avocado, green onion, sour cream, etc.

  4. Enjoy!
