Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Great for chicken, zoodles, spaghetti squash, shirataki noodles, veggies and more!


Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp. butter

  • 2 tsp. minced garlic

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper (or black pepper)

  • 3 Tbsp. red/white wine vinegar

  • 3/4 cup cream (heavy whipping cream or half and half)

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the garlic.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Cook on medium heat, whisking occasionally, until sauce thickens.

  4. Serve immediately.
