Great for chicken, zoodles, spaghetti squash, shirataki noodles, veggies and more!
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper (or black pepper)
3 Tbsp. red/white wine vinegar
3/4 cup cream (heavy whipping cream or half and half)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in a saucepan with the garlic.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium heat, whisking occasionally, until sauce thickens.
Serve immediately.
