Ingredients:
6 slices of thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked or grilled then cut into bite size pieces
6 cups of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing (no sugar-added, or your favorite brand)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Steam and blanch the broccoli until fork-tender, but not mushy. Drain well and lightly pat dry.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch. pepper and garlic powder until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheese, green onion, bacon and chicken.
Gently fold in the broccoli until it's all coated.
Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Can be made a day in advance- just wait to cook it until you're ready to eat.
