A side of spaghetti squash- with amped up flavor! Serve as a side dish, with sauteed veggies on top or enjoy with marinara sauce and turkey meatballs on top!
Ingredients:
1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked, de-seeded and scraped out of the shells
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp minced garlic (more or less to taste)
1 tsp salt.
In a large saute pan, add the butter and garlic. With those both in the pan, brown the butter. (Melt on medium heat, stir frequently until it foams up. Stir constantly until it turns to an amber liquid. Promptly remove from heat to prevent burning).
Stir in the salt.
Add the squash, mix well and reheat for a couple minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
