Prep now and grab and go later!
Makes approximately 20 meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sausage, preferably no additives, MSG or corn syrup added (my favorite is this kind)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup coconut flour
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook the sausage. Drain any grease. Let cool completely.
Stir cheese, seasonings and eggs with the sausage.
Stir in coconut flour.
Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
Form the mixture into meatballs.
Bake on parchment paper for 20 minutes.
Store in fridge for up to a week.
