Air-Fried Crispy Chicken Drumsticks

The skin gets nice and crispy and the inside stays nice and juicy! This recipe reminds me of the Shake N' Bake coating I used to have growing up- YUM!


Ingredients:

  • 6-8 chicken drumsticks, with skin on

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic power

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 2 eggs


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the coating in a shallow bowl.

  2. Whisk the two eggs in separate bowl.

  3. Dip each drumstick in the egg first, then coat them with the breading mixture.

  4. Fry in an air-fryer set at 400 for 30 minutes (or a little less, depending on the size of your drumsticks).
