Creamy Asian Slaw

I whipped this up for a side dish to go along with Asian Turkey Zucchini Boats with Sweet Ginger Glaze. They go so well together.....you could even top some of this slaw on top of the zucchini boats to eat altogether!


Ingredients:

  • 14 oz. bag of coleslaw

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tsp. granulated sweetener, like Xylitol

  • Quick drizzle of sesame oil (or toasted sesame oil!)

  • Optional: chopped green onion, chopped bell peppers, sesame seeds


  1. Dump the bag of coleslaw in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining dressing ingredients together.

  3. Then combine the dressing with the coleslaw.

  4. Mix in green onions or bell peppers, if using.

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if using.

  6. Chill at least 20 minutes for flavors to blend before serving!
