It’s no secret apple cider vinegar is known for its health benefits.....including regulating blood sugar, improving insulin sensitivity, aiding in digestion, etc. I found this beverage at a local grocery store and while it was a bit pricier than I’d like to pay for a single beverage, I gave it a try since chugging straight shots of apple cider vinegar is not my thing (not great for your teeth and hello stomach burning!). Turns out- I loved it! So naturally I decided to make my own for future consumption....and I’ll say, the homemade version tastes much fresher! Science says to drink apple cider vinegar prior to meals, but I say I makes for a nice refreshing drink whenever you want! Pour some on ice and wahlah!
16 oz water
2 Tbsp. Raw apple cider vinegar
juice of one lime (or lemon)
Quick squirt of liquid stevia
Stir everything together and chill!
